I started Poe's Catering in the late 1990s as a way to carry on my family's tradition of great homemade meals. I felt that there was a need in the area for a caterer that was willing to spend the time to make great homemade meals for everyone in the party. All of our food, from appetizers to desserts, is prepared with the same recipes and attention that my mother and grandmother use in their kitchens.
